How do I get there?
We are only a few minutes walk from market square in town and very easy to find. You can also reach Dunelm House by several bus routes (including the X12 which is free for a student with a campus card). Many parking options are available around Durham as well, never more than a few minutes walk away.

About the Guests:
Professor Farah Mendlesohn
Acclaimed academic and critic in the field of science fiction and fantasy, and heavily involved in the international fan community, Farah co-edited The Cambridge Companion to Science Fiction with Edward James, which won the 2005 Hugo Award for Best Related Work. Her latest published book is Children’s Fantasy Literature: An Introduction
Full-time science fiction writer hailing from Edinburgh, Scotland. With Seven Hugo award nominations and winner of three for best novella, Stross’ works have been translated into over twelve languages: his most recent novel, “The Nightmare Stacks” was written in 2016 and his upcoming “Empire Games” will be released in January 2016.
Having been through all sorts of careers and academic pursuits ranging from Pharmacy to Computer Science, Stross is indeed the world’s first officially qualified Cyberpunk writer!
